Your use of FullTimeJobs.com Web is governed by the Terms. FullTimeJobs.com may suspend or remove you from FullTimeJobs.com Web without prior notice for any reason at its sole discretion.

Any information you provide in registering for a FullTimeJobs Account, posting or responding to a jobseeker resume, or posting or responding to a job listing, must be correct, timely, truthful and to the extent possible, complete, in all respects.

Employer and Recruiter Guidelines

In addition to the other Terms, the following rules apply to all persons or entities posting, advertising or otherwise soliciting Users for employment, contracting or other opportunities on or through FullTimeJobs.com Web:

             (a) All job postings must refer to individual job openings for traditional employment or contracting opportunities at a regular salary or hourly rate that equals or exceeds the applicable minimum wage requirements for the location of the opportunity
             (b) Listings for investment or franchise opportunities, pay-to-apply positions, classes, seminars and training programs are prohibited unless you have received the express permission of FullTimeJobs.com and comply with any disclosure and labelling requirements that may be required by FullTimeJobs.com from time to time
             (c) All job postings must contain sufficient information to allow the jobseeker to clearly understand the applicable responsibilities and requirements for the job. Postings that ask the jobseeker to “contact or email for more details” are prohibited
             (d) Job postings may not advertise more than one position within a single posting
             (e) All job postings must be submitted for listing only under categories that directly relate to the job described in the posting and no job posting may be listed more than once
             (f) Jobs that pay on a commission-only basis must be clearly labeled “Commission Only” and describe the nature of the product or service that the jobseeker would be promoting
             (g) Any job position that is no longer open, valid or otherwise available for immediate placement must be promptly deleted
             (h) All communications with jobseekers must pertain to a specific job opportunity at your company or a company that is directly represented by you or your employer
            (i) Soliciting a jobseeker, User or any other person’s bank account information, social security number or other taxpayer identification information, or any other information that is not directly required to review such person’s professional capabilities, is strictly prohibited, except to the extent such solicitation is made outside of FullTimeJobs.com Web (for example, as part of the company’s normal hiring process) and is required by and/or made in full compliance with all applicable law
            (j) Selection, retention or hiring of any User or other person or entity through FullTimeJobs.com Web or otherwise is based solely on your own investigation and determination that such person or entity is suitable for purposes of your job posting, and FullTimeJobs.com assumes no liability or responsibility for any such selection, retention or hiring.

Jobseeker Guidelines - jobseeker

In addition to the other Terms, the following rules apply to all persons or entities posting a resume, soliciting, or responding to any posting, advertisement or other solicitation for, employment, contracting or other opportunities on or through FullTimeJobs.com Web:

            (a) You may not apply for jobs for which you are not reasonably qualified
            (b) You may not apply for jobs or post a resume or other information on behalf of any person or entity other than yourself
            (c) Any contact with an employer, recruiter, advertiser or other User of FullTimeJobs.com Web must be made for purposes related to the job opportunities posted, and not for other business, commercial or personal purposes
            (d) All resume postings must be truthful and accurate and may not contain keywords or other terms that are misleading or otherwise not directly related to your qualifications, abilities or experience
            (e) Your contracting, continued employment or hiring by or with any User, company or other person or entity through FullTimeJobs.com Web or otherwise is based solely on your own investigation and determination that such company, person or entity is suitable for purposes of your employment or contracting needs, and FullTimeJobs.com assumes no liability or responsibility for any such contracting, employment or hiring.

Advertiser Policies

All listed rates for posting advertisements on FullTimeJobs.com Web are in US$ and subject to change. Changes to rates will not apply to advertisers who are already displaying advertisement with FullTimeJobs.com for the duration of the contractual agreement already in effect.

The rates currently in effect for the purchase of advertisements on FullTimeJobs.com are available at the Post Advertisement section of FullTimeJobs.com Web.

Placements are subject to availability.

FullTimeJobs.com reserves the right to decline or remove any advertising in its sole discretion. Advertisements that threaten website Users or their computer, or otherwise intentionally mislead Users into clicking on their banners, or otherwise violate these Terms, are prohibited. The subject material of the linked page should be directly related to the message reflected in the advertisement. FullTimeJobs.com is not responsible for the content of third party sites that are directly or indirectly linked from FullTimeJobs.com Web. Advertisement on this site does not imply endorsement of the advertised company, opportunity, product or service. In purchasing or placing an advertisement with FullTimeJobs.com Web, you understand and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Termination

Without limiting the generality of the immediately preceding sentence, your FullTimeJobs.com Account and your access to FullTimeJobs.com Web may be suspended and/or terminated if (a) you breach or violate these Terms, the FullTimeJobs.com Web  Privacy Policy or any other applicable agreements or policies, (b) requested by law enforcement or other government or regulatory agencies, (c) you request this (self-initiated account deletions), (d) FullTimeJobs.com Web experiences unexpected technical issues or problems, (e) your FullTimeJobs.com Account has been inactive for an extended period of time and/or (f) you fail to pay any fees owed by you in connection with FullTimeJobs.com Web. FullTimeJobs.com may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing FullTimeJobs.com Web, or any part thereof, with or without notice.

If your Account is terminated, any data associated with your Account may be permanently deleted (including without limitation your User Name, Password and all related files and data), and you will no longer be able to access the services provided through FullTimeJobs.com Web. Termination of your Account may also bar you from any future use of FullTimeJobs.com Web. If your Account is terminated because you have breached the Terms, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refund of unused advertising or subscription fees.

You understand and agree that all decisions relating to FullTimeJobs.com Account terminations will be made at FullTimeJobs.com' sole discretion and that FullTimeJobs.com will not be liable to you or to any third-party for any suspension or termination of your FullTimeJobs.com Account or your ability to access any or all of FullTimeJobs.com Web.

User Conduct

In using FullTimeJobs.com Web and accessing FullTimeJobs.com Web and any of the content contained therein, you agree that you will not, and that you will not encourage, solicit, assist or enable any third party to:

            (c) Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your identity, biographical information, your past or present positions, qualifications or your affiliation with a person, company, project, professional organization or other entity, or respond to a job posting on behalf of any person or entity other than yourself
            (d) Post jobs or content on FullTimeJobs.com Web that contain hyperlinks, meta-tags or HTML source code description tags or keywords that are irrelevant to the job or are otherwise misleading
            (e) Use any resume or jobseeker information on FullTimeJobs.com Web for any purpose other than as an employer seeking employees, including but not limited to using any such information to sell or promote any products or services
            (f) Post or make available through FullTimeJobs.com Web any franchise, chain mail, pyramid scheme, “club membership”, distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other business or investment opportunity which requires an up front or periodic payment, pays commissions only (except to the extent that any such postings make clear that the available job pays commission only and clearly describes the product or service that the jobseeker would be selling), or requires recruitment of other users, sub-distributors or sub-agents
            (g) Offer any employment position, item, good or service that (i) violates any applicable law or regulation, (ii) you do not have the full power or authority under all relevant laws and regulations to offer, including all necessary licenses and authorizations, or (iii) FullTimeJobs.com determines, in its sole discretion, is inappropriate for FullTimeJobs.com Web
            (h) Upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available any content, or engage in communication, that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy (including without limitation, any name, address, email, photo, phone number or other contact or financial information without the written consent of the owner of such information), hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable
            (i) Use FullTimeJobs.com Web for fraudulent purposes
            (j) Harvest or collect any information about or regarding other FullTimeJobs.com Account holders, including, without limitation, any personal data or information, for purposes in violation of the Terms
            (k) Sell, lend, lease, trade, rent, barter, sublicense, assign, transfer, or grant rights in any manner to your FullTimeJobs.com Account, User Name or Password, including, without limitation, on or through the use of any third party web site or service
            (l) Copy any part of FullTimeJobs.com Web (other than as permitted under United States copyright laws) without the express permission of FullTimeJobs.com, remove any proprietary notices from FullTimeJobs.com Web or any copy thereof without the express permission of FullTimeJobs.com, or cause, permit or authorize the modification, creation of derivative works, or translation of FullTimeJobs.com Web without the express permission of FullTimeJobs.com

            (n) Upload, post or otherwise make available through FullTimeJobs.com Web any content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, trade secrets, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure or similar agreements)
            (o) Upload, post, email or otherwise make available through FullTimeJobs.com Web any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, rights of privacy or publicity, or other proprietary rights of any party
            (p) Upload, post, email or transmit unsolicited commercial email, "junk mail" or "spam"
            (q) Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit or make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment
            (r) Interfere with or disrupt FullTimeJobs.com Web or servers or networks connected to FullTimeJobs.com Web, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to FullTimeJobs.com Web
            (s) Promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities, stalk, harass or promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or harm minors in any way
            (t) Take any steps to interfere with or in any manner compromise or circumvent any of FullTimeJobs.com' privacy or security measures
            (u) Allow usage by others in such a way as to violate these Terms, the FullTimeJobs.com Web Privacy Policy or any other applicable agreements or policies in effect from time to time, or
            (v) Use FullTimeJobs.com Web for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party or in any manner not permitted by the Terms, or otherwise exceed the scope of FullTimeJobs.com Web that you have signed up for (i.e., by accessing and using tools or services that you do not have a right to use).

Should any content or any User or other party be found or reported to be in violation of the preceding or any other Terms, the determination as to what, if any, action should be taken will be at FullTimeJobs.com' sole discretion, subject to any requirements of applicable law.

General Paid Services Policies

Certain FullTimeJobs.com Web content and services, including resume search and advertising services, may be made available as part of a paid service ("FullTimeJobs.com Paid Services"). You are not permitted to deliberately attempt to access the FullTimeJobs.com Paid Services without paying the applicable service fee. Any attempt to do so is a breach of these Terms and may also violate applicable law.

As a general policy, FullTimeJobs.com will bill you for your right to use the FullTimeJobs.com Paid Services at the time you elect to register your FullTimeJobs.com Account for such services. You agree to pay FullTimeJobs.com all charges (at the prices then in effect) for any use of FullTimeJobs.com Paid Services related to your FullTimeJobs.com Account, and you authorize FullTimeJobs.com to submit charges to your selected payment method for such use. You agree to make full payment using your selected payment method. FullTimeJobs.com reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment.

FullTimeJobs.com requires that you provide current, complete and accurate billing and contact information for your FullTimeJobs.com Account. If any of your information changes, you agree to promptly notify FullTimeJobs.com of the changes. Further, if your payment method is cancelled (e.g., for loss or theft) or if you become aware of a potential security breach, such as unauthorized disclosure of your User Name or Password, you must promptly notify FullTimeJobs.com. If FullTimeJobs.com does not receive payment from your selected payment provider, you agree to pay all amounts due on your FullTimeJobs.com Account upon demand

Once the term of your FullTimeJobs.com Paid Services access expires, your access will not be automatically renewed. Instead, you will be required to re-subscribe to the FullTimeJobs.com Paid Services for a new term of access. You may also elect to suspend your use of the FullTimeJobs.com Paid Services within the time allocated to you at the time of subscription (for example, within a 6 month period of registration for access), or to terminate your use of the FullTimeJobs.com Paid Services. However, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the fees paid for your paid access period. All fees paid to FullTimeJobs.com for the FullTimeJobs.com Paid Services are non-refundable.

You understand and agree that any additional subscription policies that are disclosed or provided to you at the time you register for a FullTimeJobs.com Account, or initiate or renew your subscription to any FullTimeJobs.com Paid Services, are deemed part of and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
